Welcome to the admissions process for ACA International. We are proud to offer a future-focused, English-language international education that challenges students academically while supporting their individual growth and potential. Our admissions process is designed to help us understand each student as a learner and ensure that ACA is the right fit for every family.
ACA welcomes both Korean and international students from Pre-K through Grade 12. Students are placed according to the school’s age placement guidelines and academic readiness. Mid-year admissions are available based on space and student suitability.
Admissions Process
We welcome families who are interested in joining ACA International to begin the admissions process by downloading and completing the application form.
Completed applications and supporting documents can be submitted by email to admin@acaschoolsystem.com.
Families are also encouraged to contact our admissions team to schedule a consultation and school tour to learn more about our programs, campus, and community.
1 / Submit Required Documents
Families complete the application forms and submit academic records, English learning background information, and any available MAP assessment results.
2 / Application Fee
An application fee is submitted to begin the admissions review process.
3 / Teacher Recommendation
ACA contacts the student’s current or previous teacher directly to request a recommendation.
4 / Interview & Assessment
Students participate in age-appropriate interviews and assessments. Depending on grade level, this may include MAP Reading, Duolingo English assessments, math assessments, and individual or group interviews.
5 / Admissions Decision
Families receive admissions results following the completion of the evaluation process and any additional consultations if needed.
